Interesting fields of study but professors could improve
Coralie C
United Kingdom, Undergraduate
Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, 2015
Overall
I've studied in different fields in the University of Nantes. The technical department, more selective with an intense curriculum, was demanding and extremely rich in its content. We had practical content as well as theoretical ones, many outside consultants and motivated students and professors. While in the department of literature, the overall supports from the professors was close to zero, the curriculum was unclear and entirely dependant on professors who had no teaching skills, and were actually more researchers than professors.

Mon experience scolaire et professionnelle

Overall

It is Ok, however the students are quite young (18) as it is like a preparation school for uni. It is fairly small therefore staff are friendly and approachable.

Be careful not to saty with people who are natives from your country. I saw many people like this, especially among Brits and Irish. When they came to the end of their year their language ability was still very poor. Buy an under 26 travel card once in France. This gives you 50% reduction on public transport.

Des bases pour la vie
Frédéric B
Russia, Graduate
Management Science, 1988
Overall
