If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Living in a large block with other students made it more difficult to become involved with the community.
Personal comments:
Security was not really adequate, and local men sometimes forced their way into girls' rooms. Food often disappeared from the refrigerator and hotplates seldom worked to full capacity. Each room, although fairly small, was equipped with a shower and toilet and was really quite comfortable.

The only problem was that the whole campus was away from the city center. The accomodation itself was very good!
