Why? Closer to town and other student accomodation
Personal comments:
Service was slow, i.e. heating problems. Difficult to find agreement for contract canceling though new student for rent had been provided. Slow administration.

Personal recommendation:
Be open and look for all the sports activities. Check out the night life but be aware of the trouble on the street at 23h00. Relax and approach the people with respect, they do not always deserve it but they are easier to handle that way in any case.
