Ce stage a été une expérience très enrichissante, me permettant de découvrir le secteur de l’assurance, le fonctionnement d’une agence, les missions à accomplir au service des clients ainsi que les problématiques de développement du business pour un point de vente d’une grande compagnie.
Il aura été l’occasion de découvrir un domaine jusqu’alors totalement inconnu. L’apprentissage des techniques de base de communication et négociation client dans un contexte commercial ainsi que la compréhension de certains fondamentaux des aspects réglementaires du métier d’assureur sont des plus-values pour moi.
