Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? because of my own experience compared to others who live in residence halls or family houses.
Personal comments:
It is very helpful for people finding a place to live in just arriving in the host country, but not always has the requirements anyone needs. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Personal social experience
Describe host city: Student life dominates the city
Activities, Travel: Takes place mostly outside the university/student environment Nightlife: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment Personal comments:
There is a very nice nightclub called Vega (the best underground dancemusic!) on Enghavevej, Vesterbro. Except there is good music the entrance is free till 1 o'clock on Fridays and Saturdays. And plenty of pubs to go...although the beer is quite expensive (up to 40 DKK per ½ liter), but what isn't in Denmark! This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Language of instruction: Danish
Was learning Danish a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my Danish How much did you improve your Danish?
My level before: At ease in most situations My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang) Personal comments:
It was amazing how quickly you can learn the language if you are in the environment of this certain language. About Denmark...the good thing is that everybody speaks fluently English, so it was quite easy to cope. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
NO, not really...now I just think what a good time both in academic and social field I've had there. Internationals really stick together. In my opinion:
Most people loved it.
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
A huge university with huge funding from the state, which means a very good possibilities to study. FINAL COMMENTS
Denmark is a friendly but not always warm country with happy people inside. But of course the definition of warmness depends where do you come from. If from Italy quite closed people, hard to open up, if from Nordic countries vice-versa. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
