HOUSING
Personal assessment
Cost
KEY:
Couldn't have asked for more.
Pretty good.
Could've been better, but didn't lessen the overall experience.
Disappointing.
Facilities
Location
Cleanliness
Space
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Although I enjoyed living on campus the school wasn't in the centre of Lyon. I'd prefer to live in the town centre as there is more to do and travel time would be less.
Personal comments:
Excellent value and the school arranges it for you. Easy to meet local/foreign students. I recommend the Drakkar (small apartments) as oposed to the Galion (single rooms, communal kitchen and lounge).

Describe host city: Students equally interact with the local and student community
Activities, Travel: Takes place mostly outside the university/student environment
Nightlife: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment
Personal comments:
Ayers Rock for cocktails on a Tuesday night. Don't miss the Integration Weekend or the ski trip.

Yes, I wanted to improve my French
How much did you improve your French?

Personal comments:
It's up to you to make effort to socialise with the local students - it would be easy to spend all your time with fellow speakers of your own language.
