French people are usually proficient in written English, but have difficulties understanding native speakers. I am able to understand fully dialogues in English, what I was not able to do before that stay in U.K. Thanks to my studies I could improve my proficiency in academic and everyday language. Life expenses in U.K. are very high. Food, Overall: was more expensive than at home. Travel, Nightlife, Telephone, Housing: was the same price as at home.
Personal comments:
