Welcome to the Lyon School of Culinary Arts and Hotel Management, a school dedicated to teaching the art of fine living, gastronomy and French know-how in the field of hospitality. Its mission is to train future professionals in the roots of French tradition "a love of one's vocation, product awareness, knowledge of techniques, sense of hospitality, desire to please" combined with innovation derived from the latest technologies and managerial techniques.
