Do travel elsewhere in the US in your free time! I spent quite a bit of time in California and also in NYC. Other international students also went to New Orleans, Florida, and even Mexico. It's very easy to go anywhere from Atlanta. Read Review

Why? Housing was good but a bit too far from campus (30 minutes trip incl. walk and shuttle ride).

Housing is expensive in Paris, much more than in Decatur. Travel is cheaper in the US (especially flights).
Food, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone: was the same price as at home.

Go there. Atlanta is not the best city on earth but Emory is a very friendly and engaging place.
