In only one hour it`s possible to reach Delft, Leiden, Haarlem, Den Haag and A´dam. The sea is easy to reach and the best beaches are up in the North(Den Helder). Don`t forget to got to Brugge. It`s very close and so so nice. Don`t talk to Dutch people ina too direct way. They like keep a little distance. Read Review

Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? More privacy. Meeting locals and learning the language, possibility to be alone.
Personal comments:
I lived in a very nice building called "De Snor". It was very functional, people leaving there have been all `round my age. It was very close to university. Not that close to the center. I lived with 3 Dutch people. We only shared the citchen. Everybody had his own room with bathroom.
