“you need savings at least at the begging before erasmus money arrives and it arrives late good point to travel, see south of France and even Spain student house doesnt work on weekends better choose trip during week or arrange with staying with your friend, get a map, it is not complicated but better to be prepared” Read Review

If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? Because it was very important to integrate with other exchange students and local students and the best way to do it is living on a campus.
Personal comments:
The room was OK as for one person, cost 300 eur with governement support it was around 200, bathroom should have been clean more often because sometimes it was very dirty and there was no internet connection at that time. I was happy with quality of my room but I know quality was variable, depends of the room.

I have chosen classes in English and French, I did not have problems with understanding, although I did not improve that much in local language because many international students did not know it so we spoke mostly English.

Before I used to live with my parents so I did not have to pay for room, food.

I wish I had known...
that accomodation\housing lady doesn't work on weekend, I had to search for a room to stay on weekend and then move to room I reserved before.

you need a laptop and USB key in order to have independent access to internet bc many classes are given this way and students have laptops, as well it helps once you have projects to handle.
