Why? The university doesn't offer accommodation and apartments aren't very hard to find in Milan. There are tons of students there in the same situation so therefore there are many opportunites for great apartments. It would also be helpful to live with Italians if sharing as this will help you with the language and any customs/traditions.
Personal comments:
As mentioned earlier, the university doesn't offer accommodation so you'll have to find it yourself, however, this isn't extremely hard to do. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Why? In two weeks I got to know about 70 people and with no background in the language of the country I went to, my language skills improved quickly by simply having to talk the language.
