The University of Applied Sciences Solothurn Northwest Switzerland is situated at the southern rim of the Swiss Jura Mountains. There are 30-60 minute railway-connections to the cities of Zurich, Basel, Bern and Lucerne. With its pleasant climate - rather dry in winter and moderate heat in summer - it offers countless opportunities for skiing, hiking and other summer and winter activities.

it was a nice house , well allocated (close to the university)and very well equipted. The cost was the only negative thing.

Personal comments:
It was really hard at the beggining because of the other's people language level (much better than mine), but during the semester i improoved my level surprisingly, becomming fluent and the end of it.This was achieved with dairly self study of english as well as the university classes and social life.
