HOUSING
Personal assessment
Cost
KEY:
Couldn't have asked for more.
Pretty good.
Could've been better, but didn't lessen the overall experience.
Disappointing.
Facilities
Location
Cleanliness
Space
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Bigger Place, cheap price as well and moreover the apartment where i'm living right now is pretty closed to every facilities like, train station, hospital and supermarket
Personal comments:
For a semester as exchange student, the house provided by the University is perfect: cheap price, enough space to live and a lot of other students are living there.Anyway i would never have to stay longer than a semester cause the location was not the best and after a while the room starts to be too small.

STUDENT LIFE
Personal social experience
Activities
KEY:
Amazing! Hardly had time to study.
Plenty to do when I had the time.
So-so.
Did not get involved.
Nightlife
Travel
Overall
Describe host city: Student life dominates the city
Activities, Nightlife, Travel: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment
Personal comments:
I like a lot rock, indie and metal music so as best places i will tip the "Labyrinth" the "Akw" and the "Pleicher Hof". Anyway all the clubs at least one day a week provides a students evening where all the prices are cheaper than a normal evening.

Language of instruction: German
Was learning German a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my German
How much did you improve your German?
My level before: Basic phrases
My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang)
Personal comments:
Germans are pretty nice and open people and they try to help you as much as they can.More or less everyone knows al least a bit of english so there's no lack of possibilities to comunicate.Anyway I've realized that to get into a german group of people in the most of the case spoken german ar required.
