Why? Independency is bigger if one lives in an apartment/house

The housing department in this university is extreamly well organised and the final result was a great service provided to the foreigner students

At first it was my biggest fear but nowadays I use to communicate frequently with my foreigner friends and it turned up to be a natural thing to do
