Description:
The University of Gävle is a young and expanding institution, recruiting students from all over Sweden. It seeks to develop contacts with regional, national and international partners.

The University offers courses of study at six departments: Business Administration; Education; Health Sciences; Humanities and Social Sciences; Mathematics, Natural and Computer Sciences; and Technology. Among the study programmes offered some are unique in Sweden such as Surveying and Mapping, Creative Software Engineering and Health Promotion/Health Education.

The most thing I regret really, and I will never forget , as it will remain as a black point in my personal life is that I have not learn Swedish after 18 months in Sweden, where I was very welcome everey where.

Personal comments:
There wasn't any problem to communicate in English. Most of the people living in Sweden speaks perfect English and all the university information and staff were very well trained in English.

Great except that the local teacher assigned to us was not that good. The teacher taught swedish like we are a kindergarten students

It was easy to talk to the people ther cos everybody speaks english. They give you many facilities to learn swedish at the university.
