Why? You are able to meet nice and interesting people from different nationalities in your "own" house
Personal comments:
It was a very lovely house. The only bad thing in the house was the wall. It was too thin and so it was a little bit noisy. But the house was perfectly equiped!!!

It was no problem to communicate with everybody. All the people are able to speak English and after the Swedish course I was able to speak some basic phrases and the people liked my efforts.
