If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? i live in my host country residence, so do main of the exchange students, so that's the best way to meet them, and share experiences. But I would have prefer it to be closer to the school

Exchange students, are a little bit lost at first, but we learn quite fast, that we have to be really insistent if we want to obbtain an information or something else from the administration
