I worked during my study abroad experience
Personal spending habits:
The exchange rate was very good and housing and food were cheaper. I was very involved socialy as I wanted to get the most out of being abroad. Likewise I travelled a lot in order to learn about the country and culture.
Travel, Telephone: was more expensive than at home.
Nightlife: was the same price as at home.
Food, Overall, Housing: was less expensive than at home.
