Languages
Language of instruction: English
Was learning English a key decision factor?
No, it wasn't.
How much did you improve your English?
My level before: No problems in any areas (including slang)
My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang)
Language difficulties
Administrative / Institutional
Personal comments
Almost any Dutch you meet speaks English, some even German. There were no problems at all. To learn Dutch was just for fun. The Dutch course offered by the university was not enough for acquiring a good knowledge of the language.

It depends on the level of your home university. If this level is quite high, don't expect much. You'll have a good time.
