Very interesting experience. Had a room that faced the sea and many facilities (squash & tennis courts, swimming pool) just near. What's more, shared chinese students' life.

Personal spending habits
Chinese food is cheaper than food at home. Besides, long distance calls cost a lot and Accomodation was a two-people room so rather cheap. Nightlife accounted for a lot of my expenses, but not really more than at home. Lastly, there were more interesting opportunities to travel than usually at home.
