To study at ICADE was a good experience because it wasn't only sun and fun as most of the people expect if you tell them that you've studied in Spain. It was more like learning self-discipline, hard working and not very much free time. But nevertheless the Spanish people know how to live. And I am very thankfull for making this experience. After half of a year hating Spain, in the left 1,5 years I got to know how to love it. Read Review

Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? because you're more independ and I got to know a lot of other foreign students.
Personal comments:
They try their best, but the market situation in Madrid is very difficult. (there is a much higher demand than offer) so that the university can hardly do anything. They just can count on the help of other students.

I wish I had known...
I would have liked to be informed by the Spanish way of LEARNING. It is like memorizing and has nothing in common with applying your knowledge.
In my opinion:
I loved it but I'm not sure everybody would.

Became familiar with another culture
