Personal comments:
My main goal in coming to this university was to improve my French language skills. I was able to accomplish this goal by benefiting from my french language courses, as well as interaction amongst the students and professors. The most improvement I gained resulted from comprehension in class and spending time with French people outside of school.

Most of my classes were in English because I was concerned about my pressure for grades, but taking the classes in english basically made everything extremely easy.

I was able to quickly learn the language, one advantage was to already have an understanding of German. The first language is always the hardest.

The town of rouen is a liked by British tourist so lots of English spoken. If you make an effort in Frencg, they will help you out.
