HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Campus is more expensive.
Personal comments:
Accomodation is rather good, but mandatory meal plans etc. make living on campus pretty expensive. Therefore living of-campus is more attractive for me. The public transport is not so good around the city, so buy a car or a bike or be prepared to walk some distances every day. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

STUDENT LIFE
Personal social experience
Describe host city: Student life dominates the city
Activities, Nightlife, Travel: Takes place mostly within the university/student environment Personal comments:
Definetely visit some operas or plays at the university theater, they are really good. Furthermore a lot of bars, but the city is small enough to be able to find the good places yourself. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
The quality of the courses is really good in most departments. You will probably go to IU Bloomington for the academic quality in stead of the city.

EXPENSES
The accessibility of student needs
Main source of funding:
Government assistance Other sources of funding:
Family Personal savings Work opportunities:
I didn't want/need to work Personal spending habits:
Level of prices in the US is higher than most European countries. Indiana is one of the cheaper places around, though. Food, Travel, Overall, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Nightlife: was the same price as at home. Telephone: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
Live of-campus to save money! Fly to Indianapolis to get here, don't fly to Chicago or anywhere thinking that it will the cheapest way to get here. The cheapest way is to arrange a flight to Indianapolis in advance. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Everybody loved it, you will too!
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
Good academic quality, lots of things to do (theater, sports) and people are usually nice and prepared to help you with any problems. FINAL COMMENTS
Travel: Go to Indianapolis, it's the cheapest way to get here. Be prepared to work hard if you take 4 or more courses in the Graduate program. Very recommendable place to study. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
