If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? it is expensive but apartments and houses with campus are well isolated. If you choosea private house,you will pay less, but your house will be worse! (rain in the house from ceilings!!)

To increase class hours, because we had only 20 hours, and when the class should last 1 hour and at least 55 minutes, it lasted only 40-45 minutes!! FINAL COMMENTS
