HOUSING
by Jonathan, EUROMED TOULON (Ecole Superieure de Commerce et Technologie), Toulon, France
Marketing and Sales Management, Erasmus
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: With a family
Why? Sorry for being so rude but after having spent a year in the United States, I haven't really improve my english more than that. The main problem was that our class had 100 per cent of Erasmus (Spanish, German, French). I would not recommend anybody to go for an Eramus exchange whether your own objective is to improve your english. When you hear Erasmuss talking in english, sometimes its chocking! Sorry about that!
Personal comments:
My accomodation was really great and confortable. Besides the fact that is sometimes very cold. My house was not really well-isolated! However, the atmosphere was really warmful! This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Type of housing: Student Village
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? It is may cheaper. You have your own room. You can have more parties. And it is hopefully not to far away from the IT.
Personal comments:
The Students Villages are very close to the IT but they are a little bit expensive in comparison to the houses! You dont have to care about it oil and waste in the students villages. In a house you may have more space as in a flat in a student village! This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

HOUSING
by Etelvina, Universidad de Granada, Granada, Spain
Urban and Regional Planning, Erasmus
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? Because the accommodation is located near the IT and there are a lot of international students there.
Personal comments:
The house is nice, my housemates are a little strange with me but they often clean the house. I had to change my house because me and my before housemates found small bugs in the living room and in the rooms. I prefer to live with my before housemates. Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? Very closed to the university, lots of facilities...! But maybe in another residence because of the "non-humanity" of the Director
Personal comments:
The only problem that the rules were from months to months a little bit too strict and that the Director always asked money for all... Otherwise, it was perfect This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: private offer (rent an apartment)
Why? more space, cheaper
Personal comments:
All in all nice but you felt like being treated like a child sometimes because they carrie out room checks and they also prohibit visitors on some days! (during rag week and Rally Ireland) - For me, as an international student, that is rediculous!! This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
