Personal spending habits:
Phones are pretty expensive, especially because I had no private line during the first weeks. The rest is much cheaper in Mexico than in Germany.
Telephone: was more expensive than at home.

From here you can start to great locations at the Pacific coast. Try to select your courses in the middle of the week to have enough time for travel.
