Take the bus system at all costs, if possible. You'll save a ton if you are able to plan your time ahead so you are able to take advantage of the bussing. Cabs tend to cost too much and should be used as a secondary resource to transportation.

Before the trip, I hadn't an idea of what to expect. I was definitely frightened of the upcoming experience. I was'nt confident with my language skills of the host country, but after I left, I felt as if I had gained a year's worth of experience.

I really liked the downtown of Querétaro. I don't remember specific names of the locations, but I always enjoyed being down there in the evening; people were everywhere with family or friends.
