Could've been better, but didn't lessen the overall experience.

If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Because it allows to be independent, no constraints and also to live with other students if you want.
Personal comments:
Placed well, not very clean when we arrive, big and owner very kind and speaking English very well.
