“Linz is good for travelling as its between Salzburg and Vienna, 4hrs from Munich, 5hrs from Budapest and Prague and not totally out of the way of the skiing. Though it doesnt have the best nightlife all the international students tend to live in one halls, which is fun!” Read Review

Very good for a University halls and also doubled as a hotel.The rooms were spacious and kept clean by a cleaner.

The Austrian dialect is very difficult to get to grips with but becomes easier to understand the more of it you hear. My language has improved as a result of my stay in Austria.

Personal spending habits:
There was no real storage area for food so bought it every day, international calls are expensive, made the most of my year abroad with international students and travelled around Europe- Czech Rep, Hungary, Germany and around Austria.
Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone: was more expensive than at home.
Housing: was less expensive than at home.
