Jyväskylä is a very warm city in social terms. There are several events to promote the exchange between different cultures. Also, because it´s a student city and not very big, you easily feel like you are at home. The courses are very up-to-date and the teachers create a very interactive and good environment in classes. Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? My option would be to live on campus because you can have the benefits of meeting more easily new people and with this getting to know new cultures.
Personal comments:
The housing was confortable and clean. The only thing that was missing was a social space for people to meet inside the apartments.
