As I was living with my own family my situation does not apply, but in general it is very difficult to find student accomondation in Copenhagen. The waiting lists are long for dormitories as well as flats.

Cafe: Copenhagen as a wide range of very good cafes. Epecially recommendable for brunch is Cafe Klimt, Cafe Sebastipol
For a cheap and good sandwich: Skilpadden.

Final comments
Unicersity of Copenhagen does not have a campus. All faculties and institutes are spread all over the city leading to a feeling of lack of campus life. The students are in charge of establishing a sociale life - the university does not make any affort or contribution in this regard.

N/A, Danish is my first language.
A foreigner who does not speak Danish might find interaction with regular Danish student difficult. All though all Danish people speak English they tend to not wanting to maka an effort in communication with foreigners.
