Why? It's a very social way of living. You don't have to be alone because always some of you neighbours is at home.

University heloed me to find accommodation for me. I was very happy for that.

Herrgårn in Ryd is like my own living room..you can't miss that. Nationernas Hus guite nice.. And when you get bored to all students around you can go to some club on the downtown..

The food is more expensive and I called guite often home to Finland which increased my phone bills. Accomodation was just a little bit more expensive what it was for me in Finland.
Food, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home.
Travel, Nightlife: was the same price as at home.
Personal comments:
Don't buy books - try to borrow from library or copy them. Copying is not 'legal' but anyway everybody do like that.
