Why? You will live together with other international students and this is the best way to improve your language skills.
Personal comments:
We had to pay 317 Euro only for the accomodation. In my opinion the price was to high for such kind of accomodation.

In Leeuwarden you can find a lot of pubs where you can celebrate a great party. You can go to nightclubs as well for enjoying a great time.
