Type of housing: With 5 Norwegian families
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: With more host families
Why? It gave me great opportunity to understand the Norwegian culture, traditions, mentality, I had the chance to live the REAL Norwegian life. I became a "Norwegian" for half a year.
Personal comments:
All families were very nice and kind to me and they offered me the best living standard. I could see and compare all different ways of living, it enabled me to meet the family members, lead the conversation with them and get known Norway from all different points of view.

Personal recommendation:
BI did a good job, the exchange program was organised perfectly. I would maybe appreciate more social events and travelling organised by school.

FINAL COMMENTS

The study exchange program at BI in Sandvika was just excellent. The life in Norway is very sporty and natural, so I recommend to be prepared for that - be prepared for all kinds of sports and outdoor events. Norway has wonderful countryside and it is definitelly worth travelling around. Be prepared that you will spend more money then in your home country, but don´t worry about that - they are worth spending. This half a year with all its events and activities was extraordinary experience!!!
