Since Norway has such a wunderful nature and offers many sport opportunities, I would recommend to do all kinds of sports (skiing in winter, cycling, jogging,sailin in summer).Travelling around the Norwegian coast and exploring the fjords and mountains can´t be missed. I trully recommend rafting on Norwegian rivers and summer hiking on the snow fields - very breath taking. Since the nights are so light during the summer, our favourite social activity was BBQ on the island Kalvoya. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

night clubs like Lipp (very popular among foreign students), Shnas (the university on campus night club where you could have fun at accessible prices and in a safe environment due to the fact that only BI students could come in) bars with nice events and live concerts like Bla This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Nightclub: Camelot (Best place to be on a Saturday night after midnight, Cover charges 70 Kr). There are many good pubs all around Sandvika but the college pub serves the cheapest beer, 26 Kr, while outside its around 50 Kr. The college cafe is great place to hangout between classes and for discussions. The college arranges a party at a nightclub in Oslo every month which is not to be missed. There is a Kino (Movie theatre) play a number of latest english movies (70 Kr). If you want more entertainment, Oslo is only 20 minutes by train from Sandvika. There are a lot of nice cafes, bars and restaurants. Oslo offers a great selection of different places to go. It is just to know where to go because the prices differs from place to place. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Alcoholic drinks are incredibly expensive in Norway, especially in bars (and they are uniquely rigid with age control) and that is why students often have their private parties at the student residences. But Grünerløkka is an international and intersting quarter in Oslo and one can find many an interesting night spot there. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
