First thing to do is to buy a bike. it's very helpful since the public transportation is very expensive. they have here in Oulu great bike tracks and you will enjoy your rides. If you come here you must go to North Cape in Norway. It's amazing... Also don't forget to get in touch with the local International Club for students. They have a lot of programs and activities (partys). Read Review
