Furthermore, it is the only university in Spain to offer students a full range of extracurricular activities. SLU has branched off to Madrid looking to establish links abroad to promote and prove their commitment to "international education."

HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: started with host then got private apartment
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Independence/Cheaper Host family are doing it for economic reasons only.

Upon arrival was placed with Peruvian laday she had several flats around Moncloa. Not the best situation. After one month moved into private apartment This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

I was in Madrid during the psudeo boom. Exchange rate was 89pts to 1US. Drinks at nighclubs cost 1000 pts. Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home.

I belive that is have the fun...learning as you go. Building character and adaptive skills. I guess I should of read up more on the country and customs but I learned them while I was there in Spain In my opinion:
