My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
do not take a class from julio lasarte or dr. chaney. for the most part the classes were good, but you have to go into them with a different attitude than from home.
My opinion of the university assessment
Personal comments:
because it was an american university there were many americans and so to interact with the spaniards or other nationalities i had to make an effort. for me, that's not a problem but for some they only hung out with other americans. living with a family taught me more than i had learned in the past years of studying here. making spanish friends and going out with them helped me. forget the books, talk to people. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

OVERALL
Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
there are no clothes driers in spain. In my opinion:
Most people loved it.
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
if you are hesitant at all to go abroad, this university is great because there are many americans working there and willing to help you. you have to make an effort to mix with the other people but that's not too hard. FINAL COMMENTS
spain was fabulous. loved living in madrid, it's better than barcelona. going to an american university made the transition easier. spend a year not just a semester, and don't come home at christmas. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
