Overall housing is pretty good compared to cost of living in Stockholm. It is ver close to the school with all major facilities.

Personal comments:
In my host country, the language is Swedish. Most of the people speak in local language. They are quite fluent in English as well. I did not find any difficulty while interacting with most of the people. Only problem was in case of reading anything. Overall, my experience was great
