If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? It was great living on campus because you were able to meet people easily and get together with them. It also gave me a chance to live with other Swedish students and learn swidish outside of class.
Personal comments:
The accomidation at the university was excellent. I had my own room and my own bathroom. It was extermely nice and very new.

Sweden is a very expense country compared to Canda especially for alcohol as it is governemnt owned.
Travel, Housing: was the same price as at home.
