Why? Higher exposure to intercultural communication, comparatively quiet and favorable environment for work as well as numerous opportunities to have fun.
Personal comments:
Very limited housing facilities mainly for undergrads. Good off-campus housing center. Help a lot.

My own personal comments of Housing at the University is that there is too much disturbance like provocation, noise and others

Why? I would pick a roomate because this city puts you in depression with its terrbile wheather and you feel lonely at home sometimes.

school has two dorms so close EXCELLENT!
