It wasn´t clean but the environment was pretty nice, I mean, the relation between the people who was living in the same building was great.

There´s a pub in the city centrum called "De Paap", pretty nice to drink a beer a listen music in live. Also the Parliament is a place you should visit. If you have time it´s nice rent a bike and go to the beach Scheveningen

Final comments
In the Netherlands is always useful know a little bit of Dutch, but most of the people know English and their accent is quite good. It is an advantage live in The Hague because you live near the two biggest cities in Holland and you´re close Belgium. Also you will be able to travel around Europe because the location of The Hague is nice to organize different trips. Be careful with the shops timetable because they close around 18:00 but not everyday.
