In the Netherlands is always useful know a little bit of Dutch, but most of the people know English and their accent is quite good. It is an advantage live in The Hague because you live near the two biggest cities in Holland and you´re close Belgium. Also you will be able to travel around Europe because the location of The Hague is nice to organize different trips. Be careful with the shops timetable because they close around 18:00 but not everyday. Read Review
