If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Because, i lived 2 years in Spain with 5 spanish girls. It was very good to lived with foreign person because you learn mor things.
Personal comments:
My accomodation at this university was very good. I have had goog friends in my classroom who help me. The person of international relation help me for any problems.

Villanueva de la canada is the city where is the university. In the city exist a lot of bars very goog and plainsant like Aula magna, inquisicion....
