If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Because of idependence and the possibility to arrange the apartrment myself. Also makes it easy to change location, for example because of work
Personal comments:
The campus housing is quite expensive and located far from the center and the faculty of economics. I recommend to look for a shared apartment
