I was very surprised when I went into grocery stores or to the little stores and found out how cheap the food was. Also travel was very easy considering there were great deals to get all around.

I was very nervous when I got there, because I could hardly speak at all. After a few weeks, I was loving it and only wanted to speak in Spanish.

Final comments
Definitely do as much traveling as you possible can. Try hard to interactive with the locals. They are very friendly and very willing to help out with teaching spanish.

The bars there were awesome. It was such a neat experience to go to the bars with the locals and get to know some of them. Two of our favorite bars were Can-Can and Los Gatos.
