With residence and student identity cards, I was able to take advantage of both the peso and dollar economic systems. This allowed me to be extremely economical in my expenses. Nightlife: was the same price as at home. Food, Travel, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:

because when You get in touch with the cuban people and avoid being recognised as a tourist you`ll manage to buy a lot much cheaper than in Europe Housing: was the same price as at home. Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone: was less expensive than at home.
