i learned a lot...really a lot. The best thing you can do going on erasmus is to live with foreign students or local ones. The best and the fastest way of learning because you simply have to ;) Your brain is working 24h, not just during the clases and relaxing after coming home :P

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Not always when you are moving in everybody is so helpful, friendly and easy-going. Anyway after the experience in León I couldn`t have asked for more!I met great people, the flat was 5min from the university and 10min walking from the city center. Was perfect!

At the time when I was in Leon the university wasn`t providing any kind of accomodation. Althaough there is a student residence, practicaly in the campus. Standards are quite high, everything is clean, there is an internet,in one "room" tehre is a kitchen, small living room and a bathroom to share but there are 3 independent rooms. unfortunatelly living there is much more expensive than renting a room. The city isn`t big so even if you live in the other part of the city than a university is it`s not far :)

Barrio Humedo...all erasmus students are always going to Delirium, Arena,Studio 54 for an after party ;) but it depends also on the faculty. There are other favourite places for economic`s students and for vets ;) u can`t miss tapas and small kebeb bar on the Plaza Mayor -the longest open one :D
