If you're going to oviedo as part of a university exchange then it's best to find your own accomodation. Flying to Bilbao and then getting a bus to Oviedo is much cheaper than flying to Asturias airport plus the bus journey goes right along the Northern coast which is amazing.

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
