Personal comments
At first it was hard because at times it was hard to interact with the locals but there were many international students to meet and talk to and as the year progressed we made friends with some of the locals so that was worthwhile.

Academic
Course recommendations
Only that the Business Studies course offered in the University is very mathamatically based and for me it was difficult to choose subjects around this,as I study International Business and Languages which does not focus as much on maths based subjects only in accounting and finance.

In the Business faculty the administrators should take into account that we are foreign students and that we are not up to the same standard as the natives so this should be taken into account when we are doing exams.

Final comments
For travel you should travel all you can both inside the Basque Country-to all the villages along the coast and outside it to Barcelona or even to the South. Holy week is a great time to travel as everyone goes somewhere. If looking for accommodation go the University they have noticeboards with many accommodation offers at really reasonable prices.

I Loved the Disco Bataplan well worth a visit particularly if you are a girl as you normally do not have to pay. Dont miss the Tamborrada in San Sebastian and Carnavales-really good fun

Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
